I'm an old woman so I happen to love classic rock 'n roll.
I'd say I was pretty eclectic with my taste in music from AC/DC to Michael Buble.
I am an old woman so I don't understand rap or hip/hop and don't even care to.
I'm an old woman who is so excited to hear that The Eagles have a documentary on this week.
I love The Eagles.
I love these artists collectively and indivually as artists as well.
Sunday night as I was fast forwarding through the Grammy's, you know through music I didn't get, I saw a commercial that told me this documentary was going to be on beginning this Friday night.
So if you are old like me and enjoy The Eagles I think you are going to want to check this out.
If you just discovered them after they were all old - good for you. You too are going to enjoy this.

Ah the Eagles. Takes me back to my high school days, dancing to their songs, marking milestones and remembering them every time one of their songs came on the radio.
Favorite song: Desperado. Makes me cry every time.
Though I see it's on Showtime. Is it sad that I don't even know if I have Showtime?
Bonnie - not sad, odd but not sad. :-)
Bonnie -- I don't think it's sad or odd (sooooooo many channels.) We've had DirecTV for 5+ years. I still don't know what number corresponds to what channel and sometimes I'm confused about what shows come on which movie channel and wait, do we even have that?
Okay then I'm odd.
I live with someone who doesn't know the channels after 13 yrs of the same Dish Network system. I have to tell him what is where.
I see I may be the odd one and he's the normal one. Jeez. I hate when that happens.
The eagles made some good music.
What's this Showtime thing you're talking about?
Mike - I'm never sure if you're pulling my leg or not.
Guess I should explain. Since hubby has been a 'house hubby' one of his responsibilities is to handle phone calls including calling the cable company for whatever reason he called them. While on the phone, they offered one year free of some channel. I don't watch movies much, and when I get to the movie section of the menu, I just skip it.
I asked hubby tonight about it, and yes we have Showtime. Had to laugh because of the four sons, only ONE knew we had that channel.
Oh and FYI have my DVR set to record both parts :o)
Pulling to a point. We've never had cable or satellite so we're behind the curve on Showtime or HBO shows. We have to wait for them to show up on Netflix.
Bonnie - you sound exactly like Rick. He has no idea what we have or what is on the DVR. He expects that I'll do it for him. Example: Peg can you record this show every week for me? I do all that stuff and he just laughs because as he says, "The DVR fairy records everything I love."
Yep, the DVR Fairy!
You two together could never watch anything but you'd probably both just laugh and have fun none the less right?
