Was feeling a bit better.
Went to office to clean up mess I left or ignored due to illness.
Thought I'd finally finish up my 2012 work and filing.
Computer crashed at 10:31am
On phone for 4 hrs.
Made things worse.
GeekABC came and took my hard drive to try to retrieve things.
I only know of one appointment Rick is to show up to tomorrow.
We are royally screwed.
External Back up wasn't working either - he took that with him as well
Laptop doesn't have all I need from my desktop sadly.
Not easy to run our business like this now is it?
Back up gone, files gone, calendar gone.
Peggy will be gone next.
I will be M.I.A. for awhile it seems.

ugh how awful! wtf?!
It sucks when your technology crashes! I keep all my meeting schedules on an old fashion desk calendar. Works great for me except I have the crud going through my house right now and I don't know when I'll be back to work. Seems like there might be some paperwork I need to get done for those meeting. Oh well, life sucks, people can get over themselves, my family comes first.
Aren't computers fun?
I'd be lost without my computer, however, I don't handle business on it... or it would be tragic!
When I still worked, we were just starting to use computers for the business. I still kept everything the "old fashioned way" too, which helped. (especially since my FIL/Boss, didn't know anything about computers and he was still able to keep up)
Hope you get things worked out!
GAH!!! hoping against all hope that this works out for you in time for tomorrow's appointments. I would be a mess :-(
So sorry to hear that you are feeling bad and that your computer crashed. It will get better soon. And you will soon forget how horrible you feel right night. Miss you!
